Further information for your consideration:

At this point we are proceeding on the assumption that night flying will
not be possible. The school district is not willing to turn on the
lights, and we are respecting that answer. We are investigating
alternative lighting options, but we are not sure we can get enough
floodlights, spotlights, and extension cords to illuminate this huge
site adequately for a National Championship, not to mention the
complexity and expense involved with alternate lighting. We intend to
test a few lights at the April RV Dome meet, but no promises.
