Here's the latest.

The APO in New York sent it to Heathrow on the 20th. Heathrow turned it around in 8 hours and sent it back to New York, and at the same time took it out of the Military mail system and returned it to Civilian. That was on the 21st. It got to JFK and they sent it right to Customs on the 22nd. Of course, it has no Customs paperwork with it.

So now what? Will a gummint employee read the address labels and simply forward it to Chicago? Chicago is where the whole mess began. Or will they X-ray it, see the coin cell in it and call the bomb squad to blow it up?
