Static cling?

Greetings.

This isn't so much of a problem when cutting relatively wide rubber, but sub-1/32" I've had issues with what I will call 'static cling', basically the rubber doesn't want to come off the cutting rollers and tends to loop back in.

Is there anything that can be done to help reduce this behavior?
