Aki,

 This is a decision that will be made by the Jury at the WC, especially if there is any question concerning the use of purchased vp hubs. We in the 2018 Indoor WC organizer group have been expecting such questions as this is the first Indoor WC since 2014 where a vp is necessary and the use of purchased vp hubs is now more common among the top competitors.
 

 This is also a good place to remind everyone that the current FAI rules for F1D were amended and effective on the 1st of January, 2018, to require that the models be marked with the competitor's FAI unique ID number. The models will be checked for this marking during the processing for each round of the WC. The new rule is:
 

 "The model shall carry the FAI unique ID number of the competitor on the motorstick written with permanent marker or other non-removable means."
