I had a think about the static issue a few weeks ago and looked around for
similar piezo devices. I found a number of cheap Chinese USB devices on
ebay. that apparently stream nice ions out and make everything healthy.
I ordered a few and a USB multi hub, I got the hub yesterday, no idea when
the little ionisers will turn up, but I'll report back when they do. I was
more concerned with lowering static when covering with OS film.
I'm not expecting miracles, but they might just work...
