Another solution would be to create more summer-like conditions where you weigh your models and parts. You could enclose your weighing area and use a humidifier to raise the relative humidity in that area to 50 to 70%. Moist air is conductive, which is why static isn't much of a problem in the summertime. Cold winter air, heated to room temperature, can have very low relative humidity.

Since you are working with milligrams, does the model weight change measurably with relative humidity? Any wood in the model will gain or lose moisture as the relative humidity changes. I suppose that's not much of a factor for models made mostly of synthetic materials and covered with plastic films.
