Don DeLoach has clearly said that he spoke to Jerry directly, and the 10
flyer rule was not intended to be a general rule proposal that would apply
to indoor. I'm trusting that they'll get it sorted. The sky is not
falling.

I'm not sure about the other proposal, but I doubt it has any support, and
may not comply with FAI rules which would possibly prevent it from being
enacted.
