If I recall correctly, we flew F1D, F1M, F1R and Minstick concurrently
during the Victor Belgrade contest.
The pre-contest is usually more about allowing foreign flyers to trim and
adjust to the site than it is about competing. Maybe the organizers are
trying to cut down on the congestion in the air at West Baden.
