Kibbie 2017 contest schedule

I will be posting this schedule at the site, but I wanted to get this out
for anyone that's wondering how the schedule works. Gliders have priority
every morning, and any other event can be flown after the gliders are done.

I will be sending a separate email with details for the team finals
schedule.
