"Wombat", thanks for the trimming suggestions. Your idea of taking out that big wing twist and straightening the rudder makes a lot of sense to me.
Yes, I do know what a half motor is:same rubber, half length, with something that doesn't twist much, the same weight per unit length, to replace the missing half, for the same flying weight and CG. Sounds simple. It isn't. That rubber is so thin, I'm not sure how to match its weight. The digital scale I have probably doesn't measure to small enough weights with high enough resolution.
I could use some info about what and how to substitute for the missing motor half. Is it available on Hip Pocket Aeronautics? I found the site and the indoor part of it, but beyond that, it seems to be just a huge mass of messages. How do people search it with any efficiency? For example, I couldn't find anything by searching for Ol Bill, Ol' Bill, or Old Bill.
