Hi Gary.

Tandems have been legal for years. My Gowen A-6 has been fairly competitive when I've actually flown it competitively (rather than winding it up once or twice without trimming it at all) AND it is CP covered.

Only thing allowing plastic films did was make it be buildable to 1.2 grams without having to resort to 3.6# wood.
