If you believe that permitting plastic covering & the associated weight savings combined with the unlimited stab area does not make paper covered A6's obsolete you do not understand the implications.

Hi Gary.

The mylar covering rule change was crafted to NOT make any existing CP covered models obsolete.
Not sure where that is coming from.

No matter anyway. I'll continue to fly A6, just not in the postal as my CP covered model is an almost tandem built 3 or 4 years ago and wouldn't be legal under the postal rules. Shrug.
