I use .014 ID tubing with .013 wire. You want a close fit, but you need a
little clearance to avoid friction. Also, both the wire and the tubing
have tolerances that could end up with an interference fit if you don't
allow at least .001".

Should I use .012" ID hypodermic tubing for the prop shaft bearing or a
size slightly larger (to reduce friction)? I have noticed many people use
hypodermic tubing instead of aluminum bearings and was not sure which sizes
to get. I use .012" for the prop shaft.

Also, what type of epoxy should i use to glue the carbon actuator to the
prop shaft? I have been using JB weld but it is not very solid and gets
loose for me.
