With respect Bill, I'm not sure what about this is supposed to make my
blood boil. The six votes in favor does constitute a "simple majority" of
the Contest Board Members. If the three who abstained voted against the
proposal FF-1701 still would have passed.
If I may ask, what is it specifically that has you upset?
