Rules proposal voting

I don't know how many people in this group are interested in the rules change process, but if you are, the recent initial voting might be enough to boil your blood. IFF 17-01 passed by a vote of 6 to 2. Three board members DID NOT VOTE even though voting is a requirement for being a board member.
