The schedule Bill posted is helpful. The procedures book I was given
outlines the process, but didn't include any of the key dates. I mistook
the March 15 submission deadline as the voting deadline.

I'll be seeking input on this event from local flyers at the WMC contest
tomorrow which will help guide me in the voting process.
