I am finding it very tricky to produce the long booms having the correct dimensions to join perfectly using standard form. I am planning to use data from std harlan form (same taper per inch ratio) but extend it 3 inches both on the large end and small end. This will give more to work with to ensure perfect diameters for joining while still having enough length. Mthis sounds easy but a quite difficult machining task. Is there any interest amongst others for such a form?
