All,

Aside from the important issues of designing the specifics of any new event
I would like to make a suggestion that in any event designated as a
Beginner event be conducted without the keeping of records, national or
otherwise.

This borrows a page from the FAC folks. I also think that the absence of
national records may keep the experts from descending quite as fast.
