Hi Mike,

I've tried hi-float, and it does what it is supposed to.

However, there are some caveats:

- it needs to dry overnight to become light enough to not affect the balloon lift

- balloons bust more frequently with it. Not sure why.

- it is harder to reuse the balloon - but washing out the hi-float works
