I added F1L, LPP, and Intermediate Stick to the list.
The reason why the F1D is so high is mainly because the motor was wound harder. The EZB motor, for example, was not wound hard and there was substantial back off. In other words, the EZB use substantially less of the available energy in its motor than the F1D.
