Without going into too much detail, we can consider the efficiency of a model and its use of rubber as the "power factor" of the model, or CL^1.5 /CD. I computed this efficiency factor for four record flights:

 - EZB
 - 1.4g F1D
 - Brown HLS
 - Kagan HLS

 The results are attached. (Please let me know if the attachment doesn't come through.)

 The formula for this efficiency is as follows:

 Time / W_rubber * SQRT( W_total / S_total ) * W_total

 Time = flight time in minutes
 W_rubber = weight of rubber in g
 W_total = weight of rubber + weight of model in g
 S_total = total wing AND stab area
