I am not sure of the year tony italiano wa the cd i remember that. The contest board meeting involved Chilton, Marett, Doig those I remember. Definatelly back then if a carbon proo or wing spar showed it would not ne legal due to the spirit of the event rule at the time. Any new pp and lpp I build will have boroned spars a better way but is it? Lp ised to be a fun event for all geared towards the beginner.'as with every events experts stretch it ti the limit.
