This was previously done for and shared with John Kagan, but since the
Mini-Dome is again a major topic of discussion, I am posting to all.
On 6/24/2015, I measured the distance from the floor to the bottom of
various obstacles. A 2-ft US Flag helium balloon, a spinning rod, and a
100-ft tape stretched out on the floor were used. My numbers should be
good to the nearest foot, I hope. I had never previously measured
heights in the dome.
