I agree that Racine's fairly small floor would make it tight for a big contest, especially compared to Rantoul. I cracked a motor stick on a Phantom Flash from the Peck kit after ceiling and wall hits at the November contest. I had a 14 inch loop of .080 tan driving a Peck 6 inch prop and was on the way to a nice flight when I smacked out.
I'm from Northern Illinois, so Rantoul or any place near Muncie would be OK by me. I might find an excuse to go as far as 700 miles to Cole Field House. I need an excuse to start building stuff under 5 grams. Driving to Idaho puts another barrier in going to the NATS.
