I'd be in favor of Baden, Rantoul, or Kent. Any one of those sounds awesome to me. I think Kibbie, while and excellent site for indoor flying, isn't a good place for the Nats because it is so far away from most everything. Tim Lavender's group have been stalwarts of the Nats for a long time, but sites like that are much too far for them. They've already shown willingness to travel as far as Illinois, however.
A Cat II site like Kent isn't prohibitive for scale flying, so I don't think we'd have to make major sacrifices to fly in there. Having been to the site, I'd totally fly a coconut in there.
