beginner SO

Looks like I may have a couple builders, just kinda wondering, for the
first SO sized model, should I use a Dennydart type wing mount or go
right to a tube and post ? Maybe with the allowable weight they can
use posts on a sliding mount, would make for easy trimming practice.
