The only fee for the USIC/Nats this year is the $200 fee for all 5 days or the daily fee. The $45 basic fee listed on the entry form is not to be paid. There are also no per event fees for AMA members, I understand.
I had the same question when I looked at the entry forms. I spoke with Yolanda Jones at the AMA (800-435-9262, extension 261) about this as I was also confused. By the way, you can call Yolanda and register by phone using a credit card.
I am glad many are entering late. The AMA needs the extra late fee money (ha ha).
