The rule change process is a documented process and is spelled out in detail in the AMA web site. Two facts specific in this message. First ALL board members must be active competitors as spelled out in paragraph 3. Next all board members are required to have active email accounts and lastly all voting is to be by email so that there is a record of all transactions.
The outdoor free flight board operated under these procedures. All eleven board members are active competitors and all votes are by email and those emails are saved out in the cloud. An excel spread sheet of the outdoor voting was sent to all board members so that there could not be any mistakes.
