Mike,

 I usually make adjustments in roughly .15 degree increments. (.020" adjustments on the wing.) I'm not sure where your 10 degrees would come from.
 

 I believe I have approximately 2.5 to 3.0 degrees of decalage. I don't zealously keep track of this, so I may be off by a degree here.
