Out of curiosity did anyone even fly a model covered with Y2K2 at Slanic?

 All of the justifications used for this rule change have no basis in reality. If they really view Y2K2 as a problem, then why has microfilm never been discussed? It's still legal, and more importantly, it's still readily available. And the idea that 0.6g of rubber is in any way a problem for low ceiling sites is just plain laughable. Whatever the real reasons are for these rule changes, it's not in the proposal that was passed.
