Mark makes some good points here. It really is a complete redevelopment of your program. Everything you change is going to cause another change.
I do agree that the rules based on height of space we're not necessary to change. On two occasions I've witnessed Kagan fly full motors at 26' and his flight profile was to climb to the ceiling, descend to within a couple feet of the floor in high pitch and then have the prop open up and climb all the way back up to the ceiling. It was like watching magic!
