If you think that Hungary changed the rules because they can't compete, then I will strongly disagree with you. Do you have any evidence to back up what you are saying? Is it possible that Hungary and other nations who voted for the change think that shorter flights for F1D will be healthier for the sport in the long term?
I know that many people don't like the new rules nor the process from which it happened, but there's no need to accuse others of the worst intentions. Not only is there no evidence, it's simply not called for.
