I've got it, just not sure if it would affect (swell) nylon over time like petroleum will.
Beeswax was an off-line suggestion - I've ordered some to try it out too.
The Lamers-style screw holders using brass 00-90 screws as a form are great, but nylon 00-90 screws are very tight. Running them through an 00-90 die helps tremendously - You still do need the equivalent of a cutting oil. Tapping carbon screw holders will break most of them.
