This cheap scale does not have a calibrating function. Yes, really cheap one.

>Have you tried re-calibrating it? There should be instructions in the booklet that came with the scale, the process involves using that 10 gram calibration weight, and should re-adjust your scale so that it reads 0.000 when empty and 10.000 with the weight on the pan.
