I don't have the info in front of me, but going from memory:
5/99 has total energy of about 4000 with higher mid-torque curve.
3/99 has total energy of about 3600.

So 10% worse roughly.

I have some I could strip up for you if you want to try it.
Also some TanII of unknown vintage.
