Ok, had to check. My 2009 build says tube 190mg, borons add 40 to 45 mg
(had some other parts added inbetween, so need some subtraction there;
final front fuz 380 which is maybe 30 mg heavier than many others use.
Thus 200+mg for tube with borons, comparable weight to carbon tubes.
Personally I cannot imagine how anyone can make lighter ones stand the
strain (look forward in horror to Slanic with my current ones....), but
I guess they do.

I'd say, if a bought VP hub is, then definitely a carbon tube is!
