My 10.25" motor stick is .146 g with two .003" boron or .154 g with strands of boron.
 

 This is why I specified 0.180 g as a target. I can trade 30 mg of weight for the carbon tube.
 

 Is the carbon tube like a polyimide tube and hence would be legal under the BOM rule?
