I don't make my own music wire. I don't cut my own balsa. I don't make my own bearings. I don't make my own tissue. I don't make my own teflon sheet. I don't make my own carbon tubes or bars. I don't make my own mylar sheet. I don't make my own rubber cement. I don't make my own glue/epoxy.

If a carbon bar is legal in a VP mechanism, why wouldn't a 'sanded by the builder of the model carbon prop outline' be legal?
