I'd go to Ebay or DX; chinese companies sell digital scales at ridiculous
prices. For 10mg (hundredth of gram) range, I have been pleased with this
model:
http://dx.com/p/precision-digital-pocket-scale-100g-max-0-01g-resolution-15002#.UuJ7BLT8JaQ(I
think I bought mine from Dx, but many other shops carry the same
item),
this is the one that I use also as the core of my digital torque meter. But
the currently common milligram scale, similar to Gemini, is also a nice one
for F1D work:

ebay may give even better price than DX, so it all depends how long
you want to use browsing...)
