Shine a Light

Hi there saltmine frequenters and batcave dwellers :-)
 I think the topic of what sort of spot light to use in the Salt Mine has been raised before. But I was out looking at some portable spot lights yesterday. These are available locally here in my hometown Adelaide.
Any thoughts on which might be more suitable for Romania?
 Appreciate some guidance
