Duco cement now comes with a plasticizer (camphor) as an ingredient. However, many people use white glue or the simplest yellow wood glue to affix the spars to the prop blades. One advantage is that the spar can be removed from the blade by soaking in water without the blade sections coming apart if one glues the blade sections with Duco/Ambroid. I do not use TiteBond as I want the water solubility.
