One piece prop spars ? ? ?

I wonder if there is a video anywhere about how to mount blades on a one
piece prop spar. I've made many props using tissue tube hubs with
removable blades but for the life of me can't figure how to hold a blade
on the pitch gauge while fastening it to a one piece prop spar.

Any clues ?
