Vlad,

I found it best to dilute then dip a piece of say 1/32 x 1/16 into the
solution then lay it on the film. Wait ~30 minutes and try to pull it
off. If too strong then thin a little more and repeat the process until
you get what you like. Dont use a brush for this testing just dip the
wood in the solution a brush can be saturated with overly concentrated
solution so will mess with the results. I amusing Naptha these days I
think ~4:1 was my starting point.
