Hi Mike,
If you are going to make some of the sanding jigs, I would be interested in one. Tom Sova's was .085" wide groove tapering to .025" wide. That would be as good as any starting place for me. I would prefer one approx. 12" long.
Please let me know if you plan to make some, how much I would owe you & what forms of payment you accept. I can send via PayPal if that works for you.

Tom had asked me earlier this summer to make a few for him and I have been so busy I haven't been able to get to it.

These are pretty trivial to make though. V groove bit and router table is all you need. If anyone needs one, let me know. I can make a bunch of these pretty quickly.
