It does have an effect, of course. But then, the prop disk also
accelerates the flow that runs through it, already in front of the
plane, so the inflow speed and direction is not similar to flight path
and speed of the model. Probably the accelerating inflow turns in the
direction of prop disk tilt (relative to the model flight path). And
this phenomenon also affects the effective AoA of blades... :-)
