There is much better method to wind. I shall post all the details very shortly. But my reason for posting is that I can produce by state of Art machine tool that can grind sheets of very light balsa 1.5" wide by 18" to only .005" or less thick for Kang Lee EZB props. Guaranteed to be of the same thickness for the entire length.
