According To Walt (the Indoor Contest Board chair) his involvement in
approving record applications was a voluntary move made some years back
when record applications were piling up and not being processed. It's
apparently not one of the assigned duties of that position.

I volunteered to help with the actual listings on the AMA website but
was told the problem would get fixed. We just have to keep watch on the
listings and let Greg know when they are wrong.

I agree with John - there's no excuse for this to be happening - and to
KEEP happening after so many errors have turned up.
