The best launch I saw was two person - A tall guy holding the stick and a girl holding the glider at the floor. The ramp holders did not stretch the rubber out enough to get the height required. There was one other young kid who had the arm length and was doing good launches.

I think the flappers were getting the best height, but I wasn't watching every flight...
