I did not know it was a cat 3 site.

My kids are a little too confident going to nationals. They tied the cat 2 jr ama record in a roughly a cat 1 site at state. With their second best glider. I am hoping to see some scores that get them worried and working hard on improving.

They built a catapult with multiple axis of rotation. That allows them to dial in a glider. The best part is, they don't crash the gliders when dialing them in since they can move a fraction of a degree and when they are done they can duplicate the angles and pull so they can compete at AMA events.

There is a short glimpse of the catapult in this video. After nationals i will put up a description of how it was built.
