In CIAM we have three kind of rules status:
provisional, official and championship status.
World and continental champs are eligible only in the last one.
This decision is one step ahead.
Now there is nothing against to organize internationals registered on the FAI calendar.
I have the experience, it is very hard to see the gliders in the saltmine.
